Childcare Career at Bo-Peeps

Bo-Peeps take great pride in the recruitment process within the nursery. Management follow current guidelines when recruiting and monitor staff management through membership to the Federation of Small Businesses who assist in employment law issues. Through following all the help and advice given by these professional agencies and through continuing management training Bo-Peeps are proud to have a low staff turnover.

Bo-Peeps are committed to recruit, appoint and employ staff in accordance with all relevant legislation. Interviews will consist of a first formal interview with management, a second work experiences interview which will be assessed by all staff and a team discussion. All staff have a CRB/DBS check and supply two references to verify their suitability to work with young children.
